A fleeting visit

Today went really quickly. Mummy came to see me but her stay was cut short as the doctor needed to replace a cannula that was in my leg, they've now put it in my shoulder - uncomfortable or what... And later this evening Mummy and Daddy came to visit with their friends Eddie and Esme, but my neighbour had a little procedure done so the visiting hour was about 15 minutes long...

Mummy was a unhappy at this so she's going to spend more time with me tomorrow, which I look forward to as I've missed her as much as she's missed me.

I've put on 10g's - wow, although Mummy does think that I look better already. They've put my milk up to 1.5ml's/hour now... and I did a poo - good boy to me, this means that my body likes Mummy's milk again! I'm still a bit yellow due to the supplement liquids that they're giving me, but that'll go away soon ish, when I can have more milk then they'll reduce the liquids. I'm being given tiny amounts of morphine still that will stop me being so twitchy from the abrupt end to my daily morphine intake. Oh, and today I had another blood transfusion, which might help with my colour too...

Let's hope that tonight goes as quickly as today so that Mummy and Daddy are here soon - I really want a cuddle from Daddy! I'm having to make do with my blanket to snuggle in to...
