Pearly whites!

Grandpa Barry made a discovery on Friday (21st). I pulled his finger into my mouth and he felt something sharp. He didn't say anything though until Mummy's finger got dragged in by me and then she got a surprise... I made a dent! You can't see it yet, but there's a line on my bottom gum on the left. Bring on the peanut brittle! Grandpa took me for a walk to blow the cobwebs away; Mummy, Daddy and Granny Annie stayed in the warm.

I've seen Gene too, Harriet was at nursery. Harriet's Mummy made me a really lovely lunch. I played in Harriet's rubber ring thingy that helped me sit up properly, and I played with a noisy toy and in her door bouncer - I didn't really want to go home! I even made Mummy and Daddy buy me one of the ring things... here I am having a slouch, just chillin'! Gene's got loads of hair but no piccie as we didn't have our camera's (doh!), he watched me bounce and bounce and then fall asleep, he was snoozy too. We're all getting together again on the 31st; Harriet will be there too - she's got a toothy peg just like me but on the other side - what a couple!

There's a few birthdays this month - Antonia (her age is a secret), Cousin Maxi (she'll be 15) and Great Grandma who was 90! Yep, wow, a whole 89 years older than me - I bet she's got some stories to tell! We had a lovely day to celebrate; here's a piccie... (from left to right... cousin Connor, cousin Trissy, cousin Maxi, ME, Gt G'ma holding cousin Ethan and cousin Chelsea).

I can't believe that Easter is so early (says my Mummy). We went to our friend's house; John, Jayne, Charlotte, William and Harry. There were lots of other friends round there too (just look at me and Suki!). We had nibbles and painted eggs (I got some glitter in my hair for a bit of bling) and we had a dinner and danced in the sitting room. We had a lovely time. There was an Easter egg hunt and Daddy took me outside to hunt some down; we put some in my pockets - just as well I wore my cargo pants with the big side pockets! Mummy and Daddy will 'help' me eat them! Granny and Grandpa bought me a cuddly bear called Horris and Grandad Martin and Grandma Felicity bought me an Easter bunny will little choccy eggs - Mummy and Daddy will 'help' me eat them too. Stuart's our Easter bunny, although he didn't get up to much!

I saw my Gt Aunty Vallee last week, she gave me a nice massage. You see, I've been poorly again. A right stonking cough and cold with a bit of sickness thrown in for good measure (but I think that was down to the chicken that John fed me yesterday!). Runny nose and a smoker's cough - that made me cry quite a lot. Gt Aunty helped relax me though and Grandma Pat was there to give me mega cuddles; she's been round a lot and she's great - I keep wanting to grab those things off of her face that make her see better - they look tasty!

This next week should be fun, I'll tell you why in my next update! Until then my toothy peg friends!

A first for a few things...

A bash on the head, that was new! I was enjoying playing with my mobile so much that I was tugging and tugging on one of the little bunnies and little bears and then the whole lot crashed on top of me... now I've got a little mark on my head... but I'm 'ard, so no worries and lasting damage I hope!

Pasta's new... Little star shapes appeared in my dinner and they taste quite nice. Mixed with a bit of fish, cheese, cream and veg... yummy yum!

Shopping trolley outing - I held on like a real little boy. I loved it... Daddy pushed me round and we went skidding round the corners, whizz past everything and into Mummy; what fun that was, I think it's only going to be when Daddy's around though as Mummy's busy putting things in the trolley and doesn't think that skidding around the aisles is all that fun!

Poor bunny... I love him so much that I have to touch him when he's near me. I love him so much that I had to grab his ear with all my might and not let go. Bunny shook his head a bit and I found it a bit funny... Daddy had to prize my fingers open so that I let go. I like to grab his hair too, I don't think it hurts him as he still comes over to me... and then runs away again... do you think that's because of me?!

I'm growing out of lots of my clothes again. Mummy's packed a few things away in a box. I'm in clothes for babies aged 6 months... which is fine as my 'corrected' age is 6.5 months, so I'm on target for when I should have been born.

On Friday (7th) I'm getting Mummy to drive me down to Harriets so see Gene. HRH is going to nursery ALL DAY! What a big girl she is leaving her Mummy for the whole day. Given the chance I think I'd take it - Mummy does my 'ed in some times!

On Monday we're off to the JR for a baby check. I'll have my head and length measured and my weigh taken. I reckon I'll be around 16.5lbs; heavy monster eh! We're also going to see a genetics person about why I'm small (that'll be because I'm a premmie then!) and my hand operation is going to be on May 15th... That's when they'll undo the restrictive scar tissue around the middle finger on my left hand and then the swelling might go down a bit - we'll see!

I'd like to welcome the arrival of Ethan, he's my new cousin (Daddy's cousin's son anyway). He arrived today after keeping his Mummy up all night... start how we mean to go on eh! His Mummy's called Julie and his Daddy's called Matthew. I'll have to start teaching Ethan some new tricks... it looks as though he's learnt the crying game, either that or he's not too keen on the choice of parents - it took me a while to get used to mine!
