My Daddy's found a friend - Stuart (no, not my fluffy bunny), Gene's Daddy. Mummy and Gene's Mummy were somewhere else and Daddy dragged the chair over to the other side of the room (because I'm now portable) and the two Daddys chatted away about shopping and make-up... I mean gadgets, technology and mope-eds. They were having a right old chin-wag!
Great Grandma, Grandma and Great Aunty Penny visited today... here's Gt G and Gt A, they chatted too whilst they looked after me. Chat, chat, chat, that's all everyone does... Daddy and Mummy chat too, mostly about me!Daddy visited me today. He's been busy digging the house out... just look what he's been up to... there's no floor left - what will my teddies do?! He held me close, he gave me a lovely warm bath, he dressed me again, fed me and then held me until I fell faaaaaaast asleep - I'm dreaming of it all again right now!
It's possible that my hernia op will be done on Tuesday of next week, I'll be home after that, probably by the end of the week - but I don't want to speak to soon, I'll be under general anaesthetic and will be ventilated again and on a drip... no breathing for myself or proper food - I hope that it doesn't set me back at all. Hernia op update will follow tomorrow.
